The meeting point is located in the center of Interlaken and is easily accessible on foot, by car or public transport. The transfer from the office to the starting point in Beatenberg is included in the price and is organized by the team. If you book online, you can also select specific pick-up points from the menu in the booking process (e.g. Interlaken Ost train station) and have yourself picked up there.
