How can I redeem my activities voucher?
Have you been given a voucher for an activity such as paragliding, skydiving or rafting in Interlaken and would now like to redeem it? Here you can find out the easiest way to do it:
Go to the activity on our website for which your voucher was issued. Click on the book now button and select a date and time when the activity would be available.
Contact us by email at mail@paragliding-interlaken.ch or by phone at +41338238233 and let us know your voucher number and your preferred date for your activity. Of course you can also send us a whatsapp message to +41 33 823 823 3 with your information.
We will then make the reservation for you. Please don’t forget to bring the voucher with you on the day of the activity.
