What is your cancellation deadline?
Cancellation deadline is 48 hours. This means that if you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before your trip time.
What happens in bad weather?
If we have to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, you have the option to rebook for a new date or receive a refund.
