Each season has its own unique charm – and ultimately the choice depends on the weather and your personal preferences. In winter, you can expect clear air, snow-covered mountain peaks and breathtaking views – even if it is a little colder. Spring brings fresh greenery, blooming landscapes and the first warmer days. Summer is pleasantly warm, and on some days you can even fly in shorts. Autumn scores with bright colors, clear views and a particularly atmospheric atmosphere. No matter what time of year – in good weather conditions, a paragliding flight in Interlaken is always an unforgettable experience.

How safe is a paragliding tandem flight?

Paragliding is a very safe activity – especially as a tandem flight with an experienced pilot. Of course, as with any outdoor sport, there is a certain residual risk. However, this is within the range of everyday risks, such as those taken when cycling or hiking. We at Paragliding Interlaken have been flying since 1990 and have not had a single significant accident in all these years. Our pilots are certified biplace pilots by the Swiss Hang Gliding Association (SHV) and have many years of flying experience. Our equipment is also regularly serviced and checked – including lines, harness and emergency parachute. These checks ensure that you are flying with technically flawless equipment. Safety is our top priority so that you can relax and enjoy your flying experience with a good feeling.
