Where is the meeting point?

You can select your meeting point in the drop-down menu when making your booking. A pick-up service is available for this tour at selected meeting points in Interlaken.

Is there a photo and video service?

There is a video service. Your guide will film short video clips of you during your tour. There are several video options, which we will explain to you on site. The videos can be ordered and paid for after the tour.

Is the price the same for adults and children?

Yes, children and adults pay the same price.

Can I leave my luggage during the tour?

Yes, the luggage can be deposited at the main base (where you will check in before the tour). You will be taken back there after the tour.

What happens in bad weather?

If we have to cancel the tour due to the weather, you have the option of rebooking to a new date or receiving a refund

What is your cancellation deadline?

Cancellation deadline is 48 hours. This means that if you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before your trip time.

Can spectators accompany the tour?

As the tour takes place in a gorge, it is unfortunately not possible to follow the tour as a spectator.

Can an exception be made to the weight and age requirements?
