Interlaken is not called the “Adventure Capital of Europe” for nothing. In and around Interlaken there is a wide range of leisure activities to get every adrenaline junkie’s heart racing.
In the air, on the water or on land: the Jungfrau region offers paragliding, rafting, canyoning, skydiving, bungee jumping, hang gliding, jet boating and many other activities. The whole thing takes place against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps and leaves nothing to be desired.
The two Youtubers Kara and Nate recently visited Interlaken and tried their hand at canyoning, bungy jumping, skydiving, canyon swinging and paragliding within 48 hours.

CANYONING
There are a total of three canyoning trips on offer.
Canyoning Interlaken is a three-hour trip that takes you into the beautiful Saxeten Valley and is a perfect beginner’s canyon.
Canyoning Grimsel takes about 6 hours with transportation and is rather something for the braver ones.
Canyoning Chli Schliere is for the sporty adrenaline junkies with jumps from 10m into small pools and takes about 6 hours (incl. transportation etc.).

BUNGY JUMPING
Bungy jumping takes about 3 hours with transportation. You jump out of the Niesen gondola and fly in free fall towards the water of a small mountain lake.

There are various opportunities for skydiving in and around Interlaken. You can experience the ultimate feeling of free fall from either an airplane or a helicopter.

CANYON SWING
Nestled between the 4000-meter peaks of the Eiger and Wetterhorn, you climb the platform in the glacier gorge in Grindelwald to swing through the gorge at 120 km/h from a height of 90 meters.
