SWISS KITCHEN
Townhouse
This restaurant is located in the historic and picturesque old town of Unterseen. The restaurant building is over 200 years old and was originally a hotel. The townhouse can be reached on foot from the center of Interlaken in around 5 to 10 minutes. The way there leads through the beautiful old town across the Aare. The 150-year-old Schaalbrücke bridge is of course a photo hotspot in the Bernese Oberland and from there it is only a few meters to the restaurant.
Whether hamburgers, schnitzel or the typical traditional Swiss rösti: the Stadthaus has a dish for every taste on its menu.

Tavern in the Hotel Interlaken
If you are looking for an atmospheric, romantic dinner in a Swiss restaurant, this historic building is just the place for you. The foundation walls of the Hotel Interlaken date back to 1323 and served as a guesthouse in the early days.
There is a large selection of wines and you can even choose a mini cheese fondue as a starter if a large cheese fondue is too much for you. The main courses are stylishly presented and the portions are quite large, so the price-performance ratio is right!

BURGER & MORE
Asllanis corner
It started out as a small snack bar and is now one of the hottest burger restaurants in Interlaken and the surrounding area! Despite the size of the restaurant, it is often difficult to get a free table inside or outside on the terrace. It is therefore advisable to reserve a place in advance.
The food, ambience and staff here are top-notch and the portions are quite large.

The Alps
The chef and former operator of the OX restaurant only recently took over the management. This traditional restaurant was extensively renovated a year ago by the municipality of Interlaken. The wide variety of dishes is prepared using regional products, which is reflected in the taste.
When the weather is fine, we recommend eating on the terrace and enjoying the incredible view of the snow-capped Jungfrau.

Brasserie 17
Brasserie 17 is not only an atmospheric bar with a British pub feel and weekly live concerts, but also a hostel and restaurant.
There is a large selection of finger food, burgers and a seasonal monthly menu, making it ideal for a relaxed evening with friends.

Hüsi beer house
Spare ribs, schnitzel, burgers or the famous Hüsi Nachos. Locals and tourists alike love the varied menu.
But of course the Bierhüsi is also called that for a special reason and that is the endless variety of beers. Tart or sweet – you can try every type of beer here. And of course you should always order the beer brewed by the boss himself….

Little Thai
This Thai restaurant is located in Matten, directly between the Outdoor Interlaken meeting point and the legendary Balmers Hostel. So if your stomach is rumbling after a rafting or canyoning trip, you don’t have far to go.
In the cozy ambience, typical Thai dishes are served with numerous types of beer fresh from the tap.

Last but not least, of course, we must not forget Korean cuisine. The Minari restaurant was only recently opened in Interlaken, but within a very short time it has already become an insider tip among locals and tourists alike.
